We would like to bring you up-to-date on the astounding changes taking place in Carrollton, Georgia! In January of 1999, the Board of Directors of the Georgia Water & Wastewater Institute re-evaluated the operations and management of the Institute and elected to make several changes. The most significant was re- directing the management of the Institute which was placed under the supervision of the Executive Director of the Georgia Water & Pollution Control Association. At that time, Joel Peacock was appointed as Director of Operations to directly manage the day to day operations of the Institute.
