Rick Wilson has been in the water and wastewater industry since 2009 where he was formally trained under Denny Ivey with Environmental Labs and Services.  His experience has ranged from collecting potable water samples on commercial airliners, to setting up BOD for the City of Carrollton WWTP.  He has been employed by the Georgia Water & Wastewater Institute since March 2018 where he is the lead instructor for water/wastewater laboratory and wastewater for operators.  Rick Wilson graduated from the University of West Georgia and currently holds a Georgia Wastewater Class 1 Operator license, a Georgia Class 3 Water Operator license, dual Water and Wastewater Laboratory Analyst, as well as an ABC Grade 2 Wastewater Laboratory license.
