This course introduces basic troubleshooting of pump/motor systems & basic asset management. This course is the required training in order to sit for the GAWP Maintenance Technologist Class 3 certification. The GAWP Maintenance Technologist (MT) Certification program follows the same levels as the Association of Boards of Certification Plant Maintenance Technologist Certification. Upon completion, the student will be exposed to multiple best practices for repair and installation.

The curriculum will cover the most recent ABC needs to know topics as well as more advanced operational troubleshooting scenarios encountered in biological and mechanical treatment systems. This course offers half of the required points needed to be eligible to sit for the Class 2 Wastewater exam.

This course is intended for any Georgia wastewater operator that wishes to advance their license. The curriculum will cover the most recent ABC needs to know topics as well as more advanced operational troubleshooting scenarios encountered in biological and mechanical treatment systems. This course offers half of the required points needed to be eligible to sit for the Class 2 Wastewater exam.

This course is designed for anyone who is interested in obtaining a GAWP Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester Certification. This course is a classroom/hands-on course. This should NOT be used for continuing education points. All students will be required to pass the hands-on proctored exam in order to receive certificate of completion. Certificate of completion will not be issued to students that do no pass all three hands-on proctored exams.

This is a basic, entry-level course for anyone considering taking the GA Class 3 Wastewater Operator exam. This course promotes the understanding of how wastewater treatment is performed and controlled. The curriculum was developed through WEF, and is endorsed by ABC. Course content meets the most current needs to know criteria for the Georgia Wastewater Class 3 exam. This course provides the required basic training hours for the GA Class 3 Wastewater Operator exam.
