GWWI Replacement Certificate Requests

Certificates for courses taken after June 2023 can be found in your profile. Login to your profile and go to completed courses to locate certificate. Certificates are uploaded to your profile and emailed once your invoice is paid and you have successfully completed the course.

We guarantee replacement certificates up to two years. We will process the requests in the order that they are received. To request a replacement certificate for a class completed prior to June 2023, please follow these instructions:

Send email to info@gwwi.org.

Subject line for email should be Replacement Certificate.

You must include course title, date of course (including year), your name, email, and phone number.

Once we have received your request, we will email an invoice for the $25 fee for immediate payment. CREDIT CARD is the ONLY method of payment accepted for replacement certificates.

Once the $25 fee has been paid and we verify your successful completion of the course the replacement certificate will be emailed to you within two weeks.

*Note: Replacement certificates are only guaranteed for up to two years.
