This class covers the contents of a typical laboratory quality assurance program and how those contents are created. The student will be given hands on opportunities to generate laboratory data where they will determine if the quality of the data would be admissible under a QA/QC program. Upon completion of this course, the student will have a better understanding of identifying proper laboratory data consolidation procedures.

This should NOT be used for continuing education points. All students will be required to pass the hands-on proctored exam in order to receive certificate of completion. Certificate of completion will not be issued to students that do no pass all three hands-on proctored exams.

Upon completion, the student will be exposed to multiple best practices for repair and installation.
